  1. This program allows the Wingpass assembler to be used from the desktop.
  2.  
  3. All the user has to do is drag the file to the A-Front icon on the icon 
  4. bar and the program will call the assembler.
  5.  
  6. The various options available are as listed in the Wingpass manual can 
  7. be set from the options menu called when menu selected in the usual 
  8. manner when hovering over the icon.
  9.  
  10. The save option allows the setting to be saved as a data file called 
  11. A-options in the application directory.
  12.  
  13. The application expects the source code to reside in a subdirectory 
  14. which is normally called "A".
  15.  
  16. The output from the assembler is as follows
  17.  
  18. Object code in direcyory O
  19. Listing in directory L
  20.  
  21. The disc should be laid out as shown below.

  30. Your own copy of the assember should be installed in the applications 
  31. directory as the program will look for it there unless told otherwise.

  33. The options file should be removed when you move the program form disc 
  34. to disc or up and down the disc structure tree, as the program does not 
  35. update its location if it finds the defoptions file in its direcorty.
